Temperature Meters – designed & manufactured by Simex

Digital temperature meters are designed to work directly with temperature sensors – they provide sensor characteristic linearization, lead resistance compensation (for resistance sensors), cold junction compensation (for thermocouple sensors), and automatic detection of 3- and 4-wire connections.

Depending on the model, available options include panel-mounted temperature meters, wall-mounted IP67 temperature meters, or DIN rail temperature meters, featuring additional functions such as control, analog, or power outputs. Measurement readings and control can be accessed via RS-485 Modbus RTU communication. The meters can be configured either through the local keypad or via the RS-485 port using the free S-Config software.

Digital industrial meters constitute the largest family of automation equipment, ranging from the simplest meters that are designed only to display basic parameters such as working status or physical quantities (temperature, level, pressure etc.), to more complex control units having a number of relay outputs. Depending on the type of measured signal or required sensor, these appliances can be equipped with inputs suitable for Pt100 temperature sensors or thermocouples of the K, S, J, T, N, R, B and E types. There are a variety of designs: enclosures of different sizes and with displays in various sizes, even wall-mounted or board-mounted enclosures, enabling the free selection of appliances while maintaining complete functional compatibility The additional option of current output, installed in a number of appliances, enables the easy retransmission of the measured parameter to systems equipped with PLC controllers, or, for example, to other meters.
