Current and voltage meters, also known as process meters, are devices used for precise measurement of current and voltage in electrical systems. They are capable of handling analog current signals of 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, and voltage signals of 0–10 V, 1–5 V, 2–10 V, 0–60 mV, 0–75 mV, 0–100 mV, and 0–150 mV, making them highly versatile for use in industrial automation.

Most devices are equipped with an RS-485 interface, allowing for remote configuration via the free S-Config software.

Simex offers both wall-mounted and panel-mounted current and voltage meters.

Digital industrial meters constitute the largest family of automation equipment, ranging from the simplest meters that are designed only to display basic parameters such as working status or physical quantities (level, pressure etc.), to more complex control units having a number of relay outputs. The appliances of this group can be equipped with inputs for current, voltage or millivolts. There are a variety of designs: enclosures in different sizes and with displays of various sizes, or even wall-mounted enclosures, enabling the free selection of the desired type of appliance while at the same time maintaining complete functional compatibility. The additional option of current output, installed in a number of appliances, enables easy retransmission of the measured parameter to systems equipped with PLC controllers, or, for example, to other meters.
